Based in Raleigh, our team brings care and expertise to every wedding, corporate gathering, and special event we serve around the Triangle area. From the kitchen to the front office, each person plays a role in creating high-quality food, thoughtful service, and a seamless experience that reflects our reputation as one of the area’s most trusted catering companies.
KELLY CANNON
Kelly is the driving influence behind our amazing menus ensuring all of our clients and their guests have a great experience.
Jon Saylor
Jon leads our kitchen and event operations, creating delicious menus and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
Fernando Umanzor
Fernando keeps our kitchen running smoothly, handling everything from prep and cooking to cleaning and catering with care and consistency.
Lydia Frederick
Lydia coordinates with clients and event planners to bring their ideas to life and make sure every detail is in place for a perfect event.
Cece Gamez
Cece leads events and assists with kitchen prep, helping each celebration come together smoothly for our clients and their guests.
Hser Eh
Hser Eh prepares and serves food for our events with skill and dedication, always bringing warmth to the kitchen and a smile to our team.
Hunter Sipe-Saylor
Hunter supports both the kitchen and event staff, helping prepare dishes and ensuring each event runs efficiently from start to finish.

We got married on 10/4/2024 and we’re very grateful we chose Cannon Catering. Perfect if you’re on a budget, delicious food, great communication and they provide a chill service for your alcohol. We had a great time at our testing and the chef did such a great job. We highly recommended!

Cannon Catering was fabulous to work with for our daughter's wedding in November 2024. They made it easy to make adjustments throughout the process.
